Job summary

Visa is seeking a seasoned Vice President for North America Business and Product Communications to lead an integrated function connecting regional priorities, product innovation, client strategy and executive visibility.

The role will shape how Visa's North America story is understood by employees, clients, partners and media, overseeing regional employee and executive communications and coordinating across product and business segments.

Qualifications

15+ years of communications experience with a Bachelor's or higher, including senior-level roles.
Experience advising senior executives and translating complex issues into clear narratives.
Experience leading internal and external communications programs in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for integrated North America Communications across employee, executive, business, product, client and events.
Lead North America employee communications and executive messaging for regional leadership.
Translate product and business developments into compelling narratives for clients and stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of four direct reports and manage budgets.
