Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• 15+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree preferred.
• Strong executive communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own NA Client Services readiness for BER and VisaNet releases across all portfolios.
• Design servicing models, SLAs, and tooling before first client go-live.
• Aggregate field signals into a prioritized product/backlog and coordinate with Product/Tech.
• Own NA incident management framework and drive root-cause remediation.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure readiness and governance for all NA clients.
