5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree).
Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and investment prioritization.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong business acumen linking market trends to priorities into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain North America Marketing portfolio view including priorities and investments.
Evaluate portfolio performance and optimize investments.
Support multi-year strategic planning with data-driven insights.
Develop frameworks to prioritize resources for informed decisions.
Transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executives.
Create executive-ready business cases and narratives for informed decisions.
Collaborate with North America Product and Strategy teams to align investments with roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies in planning and decision-making.
