Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead the Americas Divisional Control Office for non-financial risk across Investment Bank businesses in New York, NY. You will own end-to-end risk controls, regulatory remediation, and governance, partnering with 1LoD, 2LoD, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory readiness and strong control environments.

You will guide RCA execution, manage remediation programs, and support regulatory inquiries while coordinating across stakeholders in a hybrid

Qualifications

Experience with RCA, regulatory remediation, and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of risk and control environments in investment banking.

Responsibilities

Own and manage non-financial risk and control activities for designated Investment Bank businesses.
Ensure design, implementation, and sustainability of key controls.
Lead the Americas RCA BAU book of work with end-to-end process mapping.
Act as trusted 1LoD partner to business stakeholders.
Coordinate regulatory remediation governance across 1LoD and 2LoD.
Support regulatory exams, inquiries, and reporting.
Monitor adherence to regulatory commitments and internal policies.
Provide regulatory readiness and horizon scanning in partnership with stakeholders.
Contribute to the Operational Resiliency program and incident response.
