Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York seeks a Vice President for the Business Line Anti-Financial Crime Advisory – Client Risk Appetite Monitoring. You will develop and execute the Client Risk Appetite Framework and consult with stakeholders to determine actions.

You will lead reviews, report to governance committees, and partner with AFC teams to implement globally consistent strategies while serving as the escalation point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; JD or MBA a plus.
• Experience in Anti-Financial Crime function or AFC program.
• Strong leadership and knowledge of bank customers, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and oversee Customer Risk Appetite Tiering Methodology.
• Disseminating customer risk information to governance risk committees and reporting to the board.
• Partner with the Business and AFC Advisory to perform targeted customer reviews and to develop globally consistent strategies.
• Oversee and act as point of contact for customer escalation.
