Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of OCC, CFPB, and Federal Reserve regulations.
• Experience analyzing business risk and applying best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance to U.S. Banks Deposits businesses on regulations (Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC, etc.).
• Support product development and distribution initiatives identifying compliance risk.
• Monitor and update key deposit regulations.
• Develop and revise policies and procedures per banking rules.
