Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Bank Compliance - ISG Coverage Officer in the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk space to serve as a subject matter expert on banking rules and regulations.

You will participate in policy development, monitoring, trainings and risk assessments to support regulatory compliance across institutional businesses. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (MBA/JD and CRCM preferred) with 8+ years of compliance experience, and will work with OCC/FRB rules to ensure appropriate

• 8+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance on Regulation W, Regulation O, Anti-Tying, and Government Securities Act.
• Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures related to banking rules and regulations.
• Conduct appropriate compliance monitoring and KRIs/dashboards for senior management.
• Develop and deliver compliance trainings for relevant employees.
