Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hunter/new-business sales in enterprise healthcare tech.
• Proven track record meeting $3M+ annual new-business quotas.
• Experience selling to non-national health plans, health systems, HIEs, or technology partners.
• Strong prospecting discipline; able to build pipeline independently.
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Hunts and closes new-logo business.
• Owns and delivers a $3–5M annual new-business target in the defined market.
• Develops pipeline across Tier 1–3 non-national health plans, health systems, HIEs, and technology partners.
• Leads full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation through signature.
