Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Health Plan Sales to own a $3–5M annual ACV target and lead new-logo and expansion opportunities across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Dual Eligible plans.

In this hunter role, you will build and manage a rigorous sales pipeline, conduct discovery, craft multi‑solution proposals across the Claros platform, and negotiate pricing and contracts with health plan executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of proven hunter sales experience selling healthcare tech to health plans.
• Deep knowledge of payor landscape including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Dual Eligible.
• Experience selling multi-product/platform solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Strong consultative/solution-selling skills and executive engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Hunts and closes new opportunities; owns a $3–5M annual ACV target.
• Prospects new-logo health plans and expands within existing accounts.
• Builds senior-level relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders across new and existing health plan accounts.
• Leads full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal development, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiation to close.
• Develops territory and account strategy with leadership to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Delivery, Implementation, Legal, and Finance to build winning proposals.
• Maintains pipeline and CRM forecast; participates in reviews and forecast calls.
• Represents Centauri at conferences and client events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
