UPS’s RoadieXD division seeks a visionary Vice President to lead nationwide cross-dock and sortation operations. You will blend leadership with engineering expertise to build a scalable operating model that enhances service, efficiency, and capacity across a growing network.

You’ll partner with UPS and Roadie teams, drive KPIs, and scale new sites. The role requires significant travel and the ability to operate in entrepreneurial and corporate settings.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience in final-mile or last-mile delivery.
• Strong expertise in supply chain management or process engineering.
• Proven track record transforming complex, multi-site networks.
• Experience building operational KPIs and performance-management systems.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers or outsourced operations.
• Experience in fulfillment, cross-dock, sortation, DC or e-commerce operations.
• Strong executive communication and change-leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt across entrepreneurial, corporate, and third-party environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution across RoadieXD’s nationwide cross-dock and sortation network.
• Design and scale operating models for rapid growth in volume, customers, and network complexity.
• Reengineer processes including induction, sortation, route build, dispatch readiness, and related workflows.
• Establish KPIs, operating standards, and management routines that drive service, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify operational constraints and implement scalable engineering and process solutions.
• Partner with third-party logistics providers and cross-functional UPS and Roadie teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Support the launch and optimization of new sites and capabilities across the network.
• Lead through influence, collaboration, and servant leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
