Dobbs Equipment, LLC seeks a visionary VP – Rental Services to lead the newly formed division, driving revenue growth, fleet optimization, and exceptional customer experience across multiple sites. Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in heavy equipment rental or related industry.
Experience managing multi-state and multi-location rental operations.
Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
Strategic thinker with cross-functional leadership ability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Rental Services Division’s strategic plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations of all rental locations and ensure compliance with standards.
Lead rental sales strategy and build relationships with key accounts.
Own the division P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
