Job summary

Uline is seeking a Vice President of Distribution Operations to lead our expansive North American distribution network. You will oversee 29+ million square feet of warehouse space and drive efficiency, accuracy, safety, and exceptional service across multiple sites.

Lead with a passion for operational excellence; guide strategy, productivity, and workforce planning to support a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years in distribution, with supervisory roles across multiple facilities.
• 7+ years in distribution management.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse operations.
• Experience with performance metrics and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize our distribution network across 14 North American locations.
• Evaluate operations, inventory, workflows, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Support warehouse development including site design and product placement.
• Evaluate warehouse systems to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.
