Visa is seeking a Vice President, Client Services Go-to-Market Services - North America (CS NA GTMS) to ensure every product release and ecosystem mandate lands smoothly in the NA market and remains reliable post-launch. This leader will oversee Client Services readiness across Consumer Payments, VAS, CMS, and DPS, driving client experience, time-to-revenue, and risk reduction for Visa's largest clients.

• Own the NA Client Services readiness track for BER and VisaNet/platform release across Consumer, VAS, CMS, and DPS.
• Lead deployment-readiness for new products ensuring servicing models, SLAs, and tooling before first client go-live.
• Design standardized servicing-model prototypes tailored to client segment and product complexity.
• Elevate the Voice of the Client to Product/Tech with a data-driven backlog and monthly/quarterly feedback cycles.
