Job summary
Cenlar FSB is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in the mortgage subservicing space. You will lead sales efforts, build executive relationships, and close deals with large lenders and financial institutions.

Qualifications
- Must have proven success in acquiring and managing large, complex clients in mortgage subservicing or related industry.
- Strong leadership to drive cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Drive efforts to acquire new mortgage subservicing clients (lenders, financial institutions, originators).
- Execute business development strategy to expand market presence and growth targets.
- Build relationships with senior executives to close deals and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams in mortgage subservicing.
- Represent Cenlar at industry events to strengthen brand and opportunities.
