Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a VP Division Manager to lead the Mortgage Division, oversee branch personnel, and drive loan volumes while maintaining service excellence for homeowners and associates.

You will guide origination of FHA/VA/CONV loans, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with sales and escrow teams, and mentor staff to deliver high morale and maximum profitability in a dynamic homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years as a branch manager.
• 4–5 years of mortgage application and processing experience.
• Closing and title requirements knowledge.
• Experience with loan processing and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop branch staff and operations.
• Originate and process FHA/VA/CONV loans following Lennar Mortgage roadmap.
• Develop branch business and strategic objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control.
• Lead and coach Home Loan Advisors and staff.
• Interface with lenders, escrow coordinators, and sales agents.
