Job summary

Purpose Financial, Inc. seeks a bold commercial leader to own the AdvanceOn app channel, driving revenue, profitability, and growth across iOS and Android. You will align Growth, Product, Engineering and Data Science toward shared commercial goals while managing a high‑performing team.

Reporting to the COO, you will translate data into a compelling vision, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Marketing on campaigns and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in digital commerce, DTC, or financial services channel management.
• 4+ years with direct mobile app or digital channel P&L accountability.
• Leadership experience building, leading and coaching high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own app channel P&L — revenue, contribution margin, channel EBITDA, forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead executive reporting on channel health, risks, opportunities and performance dashboards.
• Define app store ASO and app commercial strategy; collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
