Job summary

Guaranteed Rate, Inc. is seeking a VP of Fintech Products to lead consumer lending technology and innovation. You will own the growth roadmap for the Rate app and drive aggressive goals with speed and precision.

The role requires transforming concepts into market-ready lending products, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact financial technology solutions for customers across the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on product management experience in financial services.
• Proven track record launching and scaling consumer lending products end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of consumer and residential lending products, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strong technical knowledge of mortgage technology stacks, including document integration, LOS (Encompass preferred) and related platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap within the Rate app, starting with home equity products and potential expansion to additional offerings.
• Drive rapid product development and launch cycles in a startup-like environment.
• Lead hands-on product development from ideation through implementation and market delivery.
• Collaborate with technology platforms, including document integration, pricing platforms, and loan origination systems (LOS), with a preference for Encompass expertise.
• Work with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, secondary markets, engineering, and other product stakeholders.
• Develop innovative member engagement and loan demand solutions within the Rate app.
• Ensure seamless integration of lending products within Rate’s financial services platform.
• Drive continuous improvement in product features, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Champion a culture of speed, innovation, and results-oriented execution.
