Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager, Mobile to own the vision, architecture, and execution of transforming PayJoy’s Apps into a destination for customers.

You will collaborate with Engineering leadership and the executive team to shape PayJoy's next chapter, defining platform standards, localization, and cross-app strategy to drive engagement and monetization. 8+ years in product management with mobile app scale, deep Android/iOS expertise, and fintech experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling consumer mobile apps.
• Deep expertise in Android and/or iOS product development.
• Strong background in fintech or a similarly regulated, data-intensive domain.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic goals into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining instrumentation events and phased rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy for PayJoy's App platform.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to post-launch across all app surfaces.
• Establish platform-level standards for navigation, architecture, performance, and UX.
• Drive localization standards for regulatory compliance across global markets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, risk, and operations to align on priorities.
