Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior military leader to build pathways connecting veterans, transitioning service members, and military families with Oracle opportunities as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure expands data center investments.

The role focuses on partnerships with military installations, workforce boards, and education institutions, translating service experience into roles, and shaping site-specific hiring plans.

Qualifications

• Distinguished leadership in U.S. Armed Forces, DoD, or equivalent security org with credibility.
• Experience building workforce development or public-private partnership programs.
• Ability to coordinate across business, HR, and community partners to drive outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and relationships with external stakeholders.
• Private sector leadership experience and large-scale infrastructure familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with military installations, transition programs, veteran orgs, workforce boards, and community partners near Oracle sites.
• Partner with OCI and HR to identify priority data center workforce needs and develop site-specific hiring plans.
• Translate military experience into Oracle roles and remove barriers in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Develop education, training, apprenticeship, and other workforce partnerships for current and future site needs.
• Track partnership activity and talent outcomes; scale programs that work across Oracle’s footprint.
• Represent Oracle to military leaders and associations to advance workforce development and community trust.
• Advise Oracle executives on military/workforce trends and coordinate with Communications on external presence.
• Support Government Affairs on policy matters aligned with Oracle priorities.
