Job summary

Archer is collaborating with Oracle Data Centers to build and scale a Military Talent Recruiting Lead program that connects transitioning service members, veterans, and military-connected talent to Oracle Data Center workforce needs.

This senior individual-contributor role will own requisitions, develop pipelines, and partner with Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand to translate workforce demand into actionable military sourcing strategies. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined professional and/or military experience, including at least 4 years in corporate Talent Acquisition.
• Experience translating workforce demand into recruiting strategies and measurable hiring outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of military talent markets, transition pathways, and transferable skills.
• Experience developing recruiting pipelines across multiple roles or locations.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce demand into military recruiting strategy.
• Own military talent pipelines and requisitions across Data Center markets.
• Measure recruiting funnel and optimize performance from source to hire.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and Employer Brand on messaging and campaigns.
• Provide military talent-market intelligence to inform workforce planning.
