Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior leader to build military-connected workforce pathways as Oracle expands data center investments in the United States. You will work with OCI site leaders, HR, and partners to create recruiting, training, and hiring programs for veterans, transitioning service members, spouses, and other military-connected talent.

The role involves representing Oracle across the U.S. military ecosystem and advising executives on military affairs, with responsibility for partnership

Qualifications

• Distinguished leadership experience in the U.S. Armed Forces, DoD, or comparable national security orgs; credibility and advocacy across the military ecosystem.
• Experience building workforce development, talent pipelines, or public-private partnership programs.
• Ability to work across business, HR, and community partners to translate needs into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills; ability to represent Oracle with senior external stakeholders.
• Private sector leadership experience; familiarity with large-scale infrastructure or data center workforce needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with military installations, veteran and military spouse orgs, workforce boards, and community partners to connect qualified people with Oracle opportunities.
• Develop site-specific military hiring plans with OCI and HR to address priority data center needs.
• Translate military experience into relevant Oracle roles and remove barriers in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Represent Oracle to the U.S. military ecosystem and advise executives on military affairs.
• Track partnership activity and outcomes, scaling successful programs across Oracle's footprint.
