Job summary

Erie Federal Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Member Solutions to provide strategic leadership over collections, recovery operations, risk management, and financial performance. You will guide the Member Solutions team, set departmental goals, manage partner relationships, and oversee budgets to drive delinquency reduction and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in loan servicing or collections with prior supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting collections and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to ensure collection and recovery activities comply with applicable laws and Credit Union policies.
• Establish and monitor controls for delinquent loans to minimize losses and support performance.
• Lead and mentor a well-trained team, with performance evaluations and coaching.
