Synchrony is seeking a VP-level marketing leader to drive cross-channel integration and engagement. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and channel owners to translate needs into requirements and accelerate adoption of personalization, AI-enabled tooling, SMS, and app enhancements.

You will lead GTM initiatives for new services, own the annual cardholder sweepstakes strategy, and ensure campaigns are compliant and on schedule.
