Encoura, a mission-driven leader in higher education marketing and student success solutions, is seeking an accomplished marketing executive to own growth programs across student and educator audiences in the United States.

You will lead partnerships, digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and events, while optimizing systems through Salesforce CRM and MarketingCloud and collaborating with the CMO on brand strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership and product marketing experience in B2B2C K12 offerings.
• Expert knowledge of paid media channels, marketing automation, and mobile app user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own all marketing levers for student and educator acquisition, including partnerships, digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and events.
• Manage systems optimization through Salesforce CRM and MarketingCloud, and co-lead brand strategy with the CMO.
