Job summary

Encoura is seeking a Digital Client Success Manager to serve as the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of digital marketing clients. You’ll own onboarding, strategic planning, campaign coordination, launch readiness, optimization, reporting, and ongoing performance management to deliver measurable enrollment and marketing outcomes.

You’ll lead client conversations, align cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and present clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or related roles.
• Experience with major ad platforms (Google, Yahoo, Meta, etc.).
• Experience using Google Analytics, GTM, Domo.
• Strong consultative, presentation and relationship skills.
• CLEAR identity verification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a portfolio of digital marketing clients.
• Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams.
• Monitor pacing, performance, and KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Support renewals and expand campaign scope.
• Collaborate to improve workflows and service delivery.
