Job summary

First American’s Senior Director, Core Market Operations, provides strategic leadership for title and escrow operations across the state market, with accountability for P&L, performance, and customer experience. This role partners with Sales to accelerate growth and align resources to the market’s long‑term strategy.

You’ll drive technology adoption, data‑driven decisions, and transformational change to prepare the market for future platforms and operating models.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in title/escrow or real estate services with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading multi-site or regional operations and growth strategies.
• Strong technology orientation and financial/analytical acumen.
• Ability to build leadership teams and partner with Sales to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own overall P&L and financial objectives; drive revenue and profitability.
• Develop state strategy with Sales leadership and measurable goals.
• Lead technology and organizational transformation initiatives.
