The Senior Director, Core Market Operations, provides strategic and operational leadership for title and escrow operations across the state or broadly defined market, with accountability for P&L, performance, operational excellence, talent development, customer experience, and execution of the market's long-term strategy. Working closely with Sales leadership, this leader develops and executes an integrated state strategy to accelerate growth, capitalize on market opportunities and strengthen financial performance. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who champions technology, data-driven decision-making, process transformation, and organizational change to prepare the market for future platform transformation.
Own overall P&L; performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, expense management, and financial objectives. Use financial, operational, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring action. Create accountability for results while balancing near-term performance with decisions that strengthen the market's long-term position.
Develop and execute a comprehensive state strategy with Sales leadership, translating Division objectives into clear priorities and measurable goals. Identify untapped market, customer, and operational opportunities and turn them into actionable growth strategies. Align talent, technology, resources, and operational capabilities to capitalize on opportunities and strengthen market performance.
Champion technology and innovation as enablers of growth, efficiency, customer experience, and employee effectiveness. Lead technological, operational, and organizational transformation by building understanding, readiness, engagement, and adoption. Prepare the market for future platforms and operating models by redesigning processes, developing change-ready leaders, and sustaining performance through transition.
Lead title and escrow operations across multiple offices, ensuring service quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards. Continuously evaluate workflows, staffing, organizational structure, and operating practices to improve productivity and scalability. Ensure operational capabilities evolve with customer expectations, technology, market opportunities, and business strategy.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to develop and execute the state's growth strategy and create shared accountability for market performance. Align operational capabilities with customer acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities. Use customer insights, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team capable of delivering today's results while preparing for future transformation. Establish clear expectations and accountability while strengthening talent pipelines and succession plans. Create a culture that embraces technology, challenges assumptions, contributes ideas, and continuously improves the business.

Significant leadership experience in title, escrow, real estate services, or a closely related industry, including P&L; ownership and multi-site or regional operations. Proven success developing growth strategies and leading meaningful technological, operational, or organizational transformation. Strong technology orientation, financial and analytical acumen, and ability to build leadership teams, partner with Sales, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into execution.
Pay Range: $148,600.00 - $198,200.00 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
