Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in title, escrow, real estate services, or closely related industry, including P&L ownership and multi-site/ regional operations.
• Proven success developing growth strategies and leading meaningful technological, operational, or organizational transformation.
• Strong technology orientation, financial and analytical acumen, and ability to build leadership teams, partner with Sales, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own overall P&L; performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, expense management, and financial objectives.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions; create accountability for results.
• Develop and execute a state strategy with Sales leadership; translate objectives into priorities and goals.
• Identify untapped market, customer, and operational opportunities and turn them into growth strategies.
• Align talent, technology, resources, and capabilities to opportunities and market performance.
• Champion technology and transformation to improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead title and escrow operations across multiple offices; ensure service quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate workflows, staffing, and operating practices to improve productivity and scalability.
• Partner with Sales to grow the state's performance; align operations with customer acquisition and retention.
