Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a VP, Market Access Strategy to lead strategic oversight for key accounts within the managed markets space. You will guide market access, patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through strategies, acting as a subject matter expert to drive growth and profitability for Spherico clients.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic guidance, author market access POVs, and develop thought leadership content.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA, RPH, PharmD)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant managed markets strategy experience
• Experience working in communications for health-related brands and categories (pharmaceutical, hospitals/health systems, health insurers)
• Experience working on market research/data analysis, managed markets marketing launches, and value/cost messaging

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy for key accounts within Spherico
• Work directly with clients and contribute to solving their business challenges; identify opportunities for client success and organic growth
• Partners with client management to identify market access opportunities and strategic vision with cross-functional teams
• Engages in content development with creative writers and medical teams to ensure strategic excellence
• Proactively brings market trends and learnings to clients, demonstrating strategic value
• Establishes industry-leading best practices and knowledge of the craft
• Leverages communication and listening skills to deliver effective presentations and viewpoints
• Engages in continual learning; creates thought leadership content for agency marketing and team learnings
