Job summary

Spherico, the market and patient access agency of Syneos Health Advertising Group, seeks a Director of Market Access Strategy. You will oversee strategic planning for market access, patient access, population health management, reimbursement, and pull-through for key accounts.

Collaboration with brand, medical, and creative teams is essential to drive growth and client retention. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic guidance, insights, and thought leadership while

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA, RPH, PharmD).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant managed markets strategy and management experience.
• Experience in communications for health-related brands and categories.
• Experience with market research/data analysis, managed markets launches, and value/cost message development.
• Knowledge of payers, integrated delivery networks, health systems, and GPOs.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy for key accounts within Spherico.
• Work directly with clients to identify growth opportunities and act as a trusted partner.
• Identify market access opportunities and strategic vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in content development with creative writers and medical to ensure strategic excellence.
• Bring market trends and insights to clients to demonstrate strategic value.
• Establish best practices to ensure high-quality client service.
• Deliver compelling presentations and viewpoints to clients.
