Job summary

Immunic, Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President, Market Access to build the U.S. Market Access organization as we prepare for vidofludimus calcium launch for RMS. The ideal leader has deep MS marketplace experience, payer networks, and a track record of launching Market Access organizations.

The VP will shape Immunic's commercialization strategy, own national payer strategy, and align pricing, contracting, and distribution to maximize patient access and commercial success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading pharma/biotech Market Access teams.
• Experience building MS payer strategies and launches.
• Strong relationships with payers, PBMs, health systems.
• Leadership in pricing, reimbursement, contracting.
• Evidence generation and AMCP dossiers knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Market Access strategy and organization build for launch.
• Develop integrated access strategies across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD.
• Own national payer strategy and negotiate with health plans and PBMs.
• Build payer value propositions using clinical and economic evidence.
• Set pricing strategy, GTN assumptions, and distribution frameworks.
• Partner with Medical Affairs/HEOR on payer evidence strategy.
• Serve on Commercial Leadership Team with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Design and build Market Access org structure, capabilities, metrics.
• Recruit and lead field Market Access team: N, Federal, Regional ARMs + FRMs.
• Set field deployment strategy and align with Sales and Medical Affairs.
