Job summary

Immunic Therapeutics seeks an accomplished Vice President, Market Access to build and lead the U.S. Market Access organization as we prepare for the launch of vidofludimus calcium for relapsing MS.

The role requires deep MS marketplace experience and established payer relationships to maximize patient access and commercial success. You will be a strategic leader on the Commercial Leadership Team, shaping Immunic's commercialization strategy while building a best-in-class Market Access

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading U.S. Market Access for specialty products.
• Direct experience leading U.S. Market Access strategy for one or more MS launches preferred.
• Deep understanding of payer landscape, pharma networks, and reimbursement environments in MS.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Market Access strategy and organization build for launch, including pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and distribution.
• Develop integrated access strategies across Commercial, Medicare/Medicaid, VA/DoD, and other government channels.
• Own national payer strategy, negotiate with health plans, PBMs, IDNs, health systems, and specialty pharmacies.
• Build payer value propositions using clinical/economic evidence for favorable formulary coverage.
• Set pricing, gross-to-net assumptions, and distribution frameworks for launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs/HEOR on payer evidence strategy and post-launch evidence.
