Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or medicine required with strong scientific writing background.
• 8+ years in scientific communications, publications, or Medical Affairs in biopharma.
• Proven ability to manage publication plans, platforms, congress plans, and manuscripts.
• Experience managing external agencies, authors, and budgets with timelines and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated scientific communications plans for the portfolio and launch readiness.
• Translate priorities into workplans, timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Operationalize the scientific platform, lexicon, and narrative for Medical Affairs.
• Oversee publication planning: plans, steering committees, authors, abstracts, posters, manuscripts.
• Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practice, ICMJE criteria, and regulatory review processes.
