Jobgether is seeking a senior executive to own the business's full financial performance, overseeing a portfolio exceeding $100 million in revenue and profitability, cash flow, and risk management. You will align annual operating plans with corporate goals and pursue long-range growth.

You will serve as the executive relationship owner for key Navy programs, lead business development, ensure program execution, and drive strategic decisions across the organization in a remote US-based role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years managing multiple Navy projects in a DoW setting.
• Proven leadership of defense-focused businesses with P&L ownership.
• Experience in capturing opportunities, proposals, and contract growth.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full P&L for a business area over $100M in revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute annual and multi-year strategic plans aligned with goals.
• Serve as executive relationship owner for key government customers.
• Lead business development, capture strategies, and new contracts.
