Job summary

The Pasha Group seeks a Finance Manager, West Coast Maritime, to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for a key maritime division. You’ll partner with operations leaders and cross-functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

In this role you will build financial models, provide performance insights, and enhance reporting tools while ensuring financial integrity across the division. Travel to U.S. locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting billing, collections, accounting, and operational finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Forecasting: Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections with variance analysis.
• Drive Budgeting & Planning for the West Coast Maritime division.
• Deliver Business Insights by reviewing KPIs and performance trends.
• Develop Financial Models including pricing analytics and ROI scenarios.
• Support Strategic Decisions with ROI analyses and sensitivity modeling.
• Enhance Reporting Tools and financial platforms for better visibility.
