Partner Company is seeking an executive to lead a $100M+ maritime government contracting portfolio with full P&L ownership. You will shape strategy for U.S. Navy missions, build high-performing teams, and drive accountable execution across remote delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years managing U.S. Navy programs in a DoD environment, plus TS/SCI clearance and NAVSEA/NUWC/NSWC experience. Salary is $200k–$300k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years managing U.S. Navy programs in a DoD environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and experience with NAVSEA, NUWC, NSWC, and PEO IWS.
• Proven track record in defense business leadership, P&L, and winning contracts.
