Qualifikationen

• 5-10+ years in yacht charter, brokerage, or luxury travel.
• Proven track record of closing high-value charters.
• Established network of clients, yacht owners, and industry partners.
• Deep understanding of charter agreements, MYBA terms, and market dynamics.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong commercial instincts.
• Experience with leading yacht brokerages.

• Drive revenue by setting sales strategy and closing high-value charters.
• Own relationships with key clients, brokers, owners, and central agents.
• Oversee charter delivery from inquiry to post-charter follow-up.
