Job summary
Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) is seeking a Vice President of the LTL Center of Excellence to serve as the LTL subject matter expert, partnering with Strategic National Sellers, Strategic Account Executives, and brokers to win, grow, and retain LTL business.
This role provides commercial, operational, and technical expertise throughout the sales process, helping sellers position NTG's LTL capabilities, develop transportation solutions, and secure profitable freight opportunities while bridging
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
- 7+ years of Less-Than-Truckload transportation experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams and brokers to position NTG's LTL capabilities.
- Design customer-specific LTL transportation strategies and solutions.
- Educate customers on NMFC classifications, accessorials, and mode optimization.
- Support contract reviews from an LTL perspective and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Procurement, and Technology to ensure seamless implementation.
