Job summary

Santander seeks a Senior Vice President – SCIB Portfolio Manager in the United States to lead portfolio management, credit monitoring and reporting across lending portfolios. You will coordinate reviews, monitor covenants and collateral, and support amendments and lifecycle events.

You will partner with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Agency, Operations and Transaction Management to ensure disciplined governance and timely risk escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of CIB lending, credit analysis and portfolio management.
• Experience with financial spreading, covenant monitoring and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Credit monitoring and quarterly/annual reviews for assigned portfolios.
• Covenant, collateral and documentation monitoring and reporting.
• Amendments, waivers and lifecycle events support and tracking.
• Portfolio reporting and governance for senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Agency, Operations and Transaction Management.
