Job summary

Santander in Miami is seeking a SCIB Portfolio Management Associate to support portfolio monitoring, credit reviews, and covenant tracking across US SCIB Lending Solutions. You will assist with credit spreading, collateral monitoring, and lifecycle credit administration for Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, and IG/GTB exposures.

The role emphasizes accurate monitoring, high-quality credit materials, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience and 3–6 years in portfolio management or credit analysis.
Experience with financial spreading, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring and lending documentation.
Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to manage deadlines.
Exposure to Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending or GTB preferred.

Responsibilities

Support credit reviews and prepare analysis for quarterly and annual reviews.
Perform credit spreading, ratio analysis, and borrower updates.
Track covenants, collateral, and portfolio monitoring deliverables.
Assist amendments, waivers, and lifecycle events with cross-functional teams.
Prepare portfolio reports and respond to internal/external information requests.
