Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Legal Engineering Lead to join its Corporate Technology team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering scalable, audit-ready legal and compliance technology solutions, including matter management, CLM, and vendor intake tooling.

You will manage a small engineering team, collaborate with Legal and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, and oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production support, ensuring strong governance, security, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including hands-on delivery in Legal systems and governance platforms.
• Experience in complex, regulated financial services; alternative asset management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science/Engineering background preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on delivery experience, including SQL, data analysis/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery and operational ownership for the Legal technology portfolio.
• Serve as the technical lead for platform strategy across Legal systems (matter management/e-billing, CLM, entity management).
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, designs, delivery plans, and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery across SDLC, testing, release, and production support.
