Job summary

Antares is seeking a VP, Lead Engineer - Infrastructure Operations to own the design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud servers, endpoint management, identity services, and network operations. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, partner with cloud engineers, and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex incidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
10+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering.
5+ years leading technical teams including offshore resources.
Experience with server OS, directory services, group policy, and patch management.
Experience with cloud-hosted IaaS and network operations.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services.
Manage cloud-hosted servers, directory services, databases, and business applications at the OS level.
Lead patch management, software installation, configuration and troubleshooting across servers and endpoints.
Oversee vulnerability management and SD-WAN, firewall, remote access, and identity services operations.
Coordinate incident response, problem management, and root-cause analysis across teams and vendors.
Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity for infrastructure services.
