Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering (systems, cloud, network).
• 5+ years leading technical teams, incl. offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations across cloud, servers, identity and endpoint management.
• Coordinate patching, deployment, and configuration management for OS and services.
• Lead incident response, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and offshore teams to ensure SLAs.
• Drive governance, change management, and disaster recovery planning.
