Job summary

Radancy is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to collaborate across network, server, cloud, identity, and telephony platforms. The role partners with security ops, service desk, and vendors to deliver stable, secure technology services for a distributed workforce.

The ideal candidate will manage Azure infra, firewall, VPN, Teams Phone, and comprehensive ITIL-based processes, while addressing vulnerabilities and coordinating complex upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Rapid7 InsightVM, SIEM, VxRail, Meraki, Ruckus, Microsoft Teams Phone, PBX, or SBC technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, Jira service management, asset-management platforms, and formal change advisory processes.
• Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, Cisco, ITIL, cloud, networking, or security certifications.
• Experience supporting a geographically distributed workforce and coordinating international access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP, routing, BGP, VPN tunnels, public IP addresses, and network access controls.
• Administer Palo Alto GlobalProtect, including portal and gateway configuration, SAML authentication, certificates, security controls, and international access.
• Diagnose blocked sites, application connectivity, latency, routing, port, and cross-environment access issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams Phone, PBX, SBC, voicemail, call routing, service lines, virtual fax, international numbers, and telephony access.
• Coordinate telephony migrations, firmware or security upgrades, phone provisioning, and service restoration.
• Support business applications and engineering systems through access configuration, integrations, licenses, database connectivity, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Manage Azure infrastructure, virtual machines, load balancers, networking, and related cloud services.
• Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise server, storage, virtualization, network, cloud, and office infrastructure.
• Investigate infrastructure performance, availability, authentication, and connectivity issues and implement sustainable resolutions.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SSO, MFA, Duo, privileged access, service accounts and application consent requests.
• Investigate and remediate critical and high-risk vulnerabilities affecting servers, network devices, applications, telephony platforms, and infrastructure components.
• Partner with Security Operations and Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams on vulnerability, audit, and policy-adherence initiatives.
• Plan and execute standard, minor, and emergency changes with appropriate testing, communication, documentation, rollback planning, and validation.
• Manage technical requests and escalations from intake through resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams during upgrades, migrations, maintenance windows, and complex troubleshooting efforts.
