Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations to steer secure, reliable, and scalable technology services across Easterseals NH & VT.

You will lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, governance, vendor management, and IT financials, reporting to the CIO. The role requires a ten-year IT leadership track record, strong executive communication, and proven ability to drive cross-functional change in a multi-site nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years IT leadership experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity, or operations responsibilities.
• Credentials such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, or PMP preferred.
• Proven ability to lead managers, develop teams, and drive change within complex multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technology operations across all business lines and locations.
• Establish service standards, procedures, escalation paths, and performance metrics.
• Oversee Service Desk, end-user support, incident & problem management, and change practices.
• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and resilience programs.
• Develop budgets, manage vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective technology delivery.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align roadmaps and enterprise decisions.
