Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking an experienced Vice President of Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations to lead secure, scalable technology services across Easterseals NH & VT. You will report to the CIO and guide infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, governance, vendor management, and IT financial management.

The role requires a 10+ year IT leadership track, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT/CS/IS/related field
• Minimum 10 years IT leadership experience with infrastructure or security focus
• Credentials preferred: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, PMP
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site settings preferred
• Strong budgeting, vendor, contracts, and risk management experience
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology operations across all business lines and locations
• Set service standards, procedures, escalation paths, SLAs and performance expectations
• Lead Service Desk, incident and problem management, and change management practices
• Direct networks, cloud services, identity/access, endpoints, and infrastructure assets
• Drive cybersecurity, information security, risk remediation, and disaster recovery planning
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, lifecycle funding, and asset management
• Build governance models and cross-functional partnerships with IT leadership and business units
