Required 5–10 years in risk management, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably an MBA/MS.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related work experience in risk management functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or M.S. in related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of front-office processes, operational risk governance, and resilience programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management practices across Institutional Securities businesses to ensure consistency and support growth.
• Set standards, establish controls, and maintain integrity of operational risk systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance risk governance and organizational resilience.
• Partner with Firmwide teams to ensure programmatic requirements are met and consistently implemented across ISG.
• Lead scenario-based exercises and tabletop discussions on a range of risks.
• Support senior management with risk insights, challenge, and strategic advisory activities.
• Monitor key risk indicators and escalate as necessary.
