Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead our IR program and partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. You will prepare for investor engagement and establish communications, market intelligence and operating practices needed for a successful public-company IR program.

Responsibilities include building investor relationships, coordinating earnings materials and disclosures, and delivering market insights across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations for public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to articulate complex business models and financial performance to investors.
• Discretion with MNPI and sensitive corporate disclosures.
• Cross-functional leadership across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, presentations and investor communications with Finance, Legal, Communications and leadership.
• Support accurate public disclosures and ensure communications follow securities laws and policies.
• Deliver market intelligence by monitoring investor feedback, valuation trends and market developments.
• Develop calendar, processes and controls for an effective IR program.
