Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function and partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. The role will prepare the company for investor engagement and establish communications, market intelligence, and controls for a successful public-company IR program.

The leader will build relationships with investors and analysts, coordinate earnings materials, and ensure compliant disclosures. A strong background in SaaS metrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant investor relations experience, including advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to articulate complex business models and financial performance to investors.
• Discretion with MNPI and sensitive disclosures; strong judgment.
• Excellent cross-functional project management across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product and Communications.

Responsabilités

• Build investor and analyst relationships and engage with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, and the IR website with Finance, Legal, Communications, and executives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure timely, accurate public disclosures and securities-law compliance.
• Monitor investor feedback, valuation trends, and market developments; translate insights across functions.
• Develop the calendar, processes, materials and internal controls for an effective IR program.
