Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function and partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. You will shape investor communications, market intelligence, and governance practices to support a public-company IR program.

In this role, you will build relationships with investors and analysts, coordinate earnings materials, and ensure disclosures comply with securities laws. Strong cross-functional leadership and a background in SaaS valuation are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including advising a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, guidance, valuation methodologies and capital markets.
• Proven ability to articulate complex business models and performance to investors and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and manage engagement programs.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, presentations and IR website.
• Support accurate disclosures with Legal and Finance ensuring compliance with laws.
